Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. All SMT feeders, feeder repairs, and parts are covered by a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • No misuse, modification, or damage after delivery
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required
  • The returned item must match the exact serial number originally shipped

If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund, at our discretion.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking fees may be waived in cases where:

  • The item is defective
  • The return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item)

Machines & Equipment

We ensure that all machines are complete and operational prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Any exceptions or special conditions will be clearly documented at the time of sale
  • Buyers are encouraged to inspect equipment before purchase or request additional verification

Due to the nature of industrial equipment:

  • Machine sales are generally considered final, unless covered under a specific written agreement
  • Any approved returns must be arranged in advance

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue
  • We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, repair, or refund

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Any applicable 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage
